Black Lagoon is a member/sponsor of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and regularly attends regional meetings, round-tables and tradeshows. Community managers should not have to be pond experts. That's our career and we recognize that as your contractor, it is our job to proactively respond to the pond management demands of Community residents.

Black Lagoon provides pond maintenance services to many of the region’s most elite golf facilities.
Our licensed and trained aquatic biologists monitor the ponds and water hazards on your golf course, allowing superintendents to focus on facility enhancement, turf and playing conditions for your golfers.

Only full-time, salaried professionals with college degrees in an environmental discipline can work on our golf sites (no summer help/interns).

All licensing and insurance is in force for every individual working on these sites (we recognize that this is not a "training ground").
We schedule our calendar around your use and event-specific needs, working extremely early/late or through the weekend if necessary.

Commercial and Municipal Pond, Lake and Fountain Maintenance
Black Lagoon welcomes the opportunity to bid on your Municipal and Commercial lake, pond and fountain maintenance. We work on Federal, State, County and locally funded projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
Our commercial clientele ranges from office parks to warehouse districts. Stormwater systems present unique challenges when it comes to maintenance and upkeep.
